John de la Cour Head Chef
John has been Head Chef at Jacobs on The Mall for the past 3 years, having previously worked in our sister hotel the 5 Star Kingsley Hotel. Johns passion for locally sourced food with an emphasis on quality ensures that every meal is to the required standard and his menus are written to accommodate a wide range of tastes. Quality and value are key to Johns menus. In 2011 John won the title "Best Chef in Munster" from The Good Eating Guide to Ireland
